Jean-Alexandre Boquet (1752 Paris - 1828 Paris; also called Boquet the Younger) was a well-listed painter and engraver, son of Parisian wood turner (tabletier) and painter Jean-Baptiste Guillaume Boquet. Nothing is known about his apprenticeship. He stood until his death in shadow of his more known elder brother Pierre-Jean. In Salon of 1793 he showed a few miniatures. He resurfaced at the Salon de Paris after the death of his brother: in 1819 with porcelain painting "Holy Family" and in 1822 with a genre painting. He also exhibited at the Salons of Lille (1822) and Douai (1823).
